We believe God desires for churches to have biblical structure and order (1 Cor 14:33).  Ultimately, Jesus is the head of the church (Col 1:18).  Additionally, the consistent pattern of the New Testament is that every church has a group of men who are responsible for leading the church (Acts 14:23, Titus 1:5, 1 Peter 5:2-3).  These men are commonly referred to as elders, and they are also called overseers, bishops, and pastors.  At Fellowship Bible Church, we follow this biblical pattern of plural leadership.  We have a group of men, called the Leadership Team, who are responsible for governing, leading, shepherding, and overseeing the vision, direction, teaching, and doctrinal purity of the church.
