Randy became Fellowship’s pastor in July 2014. He is a native of Louisiana and attended Dallas Baptist University, where he majored in Biblical Studies and met his wife, Sandy. He and Sandy were married in 1994 and have three children in college, two of which are enrolled at UAFS.
Pastor Randy began his seminary training at New Orleans Baptist Seminary and completed his work at the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary, where he later served as vice president. He has also served as campus minister at the United States Coast Guard Academy in Connecticut and collegiate ministry director for the Baptist Convention of New England. The Bonds later followed God’s call to pastor in Caribou, Maine and Cedar City, Utah.
Randy enjoys gardening (loves seeing things grow), roasting his own coffee and searching for that elusive “perfect” cup, and exploring nature’s beauty. His passion, though, is seeing people come to know Jesus and experience the fullness of life in Him.
